C3 is working cooperatively with the best coaches, race organizers and equipment manufacturers in the GTA. We are dedicated to helping grow Stand Up Paddling in Ontario and Canada. Below is information about GTA area coaches, races, locations and suppliers to great boards and paddles.
C3 CANADIAN CROSS TRAINING CLUB
C3 has a world-class, retired sand quarry in Caledon, just 30min from Toronto. The beautiful, large, warm, safe sand quarry is a perfect place for your regular paddling. C3 has swim buoys up for working on navigational skills. C3 has boards you can use and regular coached workouts (or the opportunity for private coached lessons). Every Friday evening, C3 has social paddling nights. C3 offers 1 or 2 times a week summer youth paddling programs that include four races. C3 will be hosting four races on their property as well as being included in the Ontario SUP Series (see below). No place in Ontario is set up for more consistent, safe paddling for any age or level. PADDLING WITH GOLD MEDALIST LARRY CAIN
Larry Cain is a 1984 Olympic Gold Medalist in canoeing for Canada. Larry Cain is one of the most respected athletes and coaches in Canada. Larry is based in Oakville, where he does the majority of his coaching, but is available to travel to run one-day clinics.
